Hey! Welcome back ... it felt like it had been awhile since a new episode had been posted ... I was going through withdrawl I'm really glad you threw in some flashbacks of Lucy and Frank in the episode. It really helps remind us of why Lucy is so obsessed/in love with Frank. We didn't get to see much of it first hand, so it was refreshing. I really felt bad for Deborah even more in the situation too because back in the day it was clear Frank wanted Lucy. Lucy seems a bit out of it in terms of what she hopes will happen next, but it certainly is entertaining. The back drop of the blackout was awesome. It's such a great, classic soap "event" to use when there's so much drama going on, including the cabin. Poor Caitlyn was just beside herself at the hospital, to learn that they would have to wait for the results is so cruel. I really enjoyed the Cassie/Callum scenes. The first scene where Cassie knocked out to the guard and attempted to help her brother escape was riveting. I didn't expect her to do that - I'm shocked actually that he stopped her and made her realize that he does deserve to be in jail. Their talk after was more revealing as well - was he abused? I'm guessing it was some kind of sexual abuse since it only happened when he was camping with their father. Emotional stuff though. Marina and Ryan was pretty intense too. Her good girl act was sort of wearing off by her being kind of mean to him but I knew that they would end up kissing or making love. Two people in an elevator during a black out ... it's bound to happen  The last scene ... OMG! I can't believe what happened! It was so scary, you did a great job writing the scene. Poor Emily! I can't believe it. It came out of left field! What made you have the decision to kill her? Caitlyn will be SO crushed if it turns out Emily is/was Danielle .... Amazingly good episode! Dallas

I'm glad you enjoyed the episode Dallas, I've been in the middle of a move so my time has definitely been spread thin. But I knew I needed to get this episode out there. I'm in the process of trying to catch-up with the next couple episodes.
Frank was always after Lucy in the beginning and I'm glad you were able to get that out of the flashback. In most cases the obsessed younger woman is already a little deranged, but with Lucy Frank was the one who turned her this way. I needed to isolate them and having them at the Cabin was perfect!
& yes, the Blackout was definitely the one thing I needed to make this all happen. With Bentley, Emily, Caitlyn and James not being able to find out about the results it only creates more drama for down the line. Especially if Emily does turn out to be Danielle. The thing about Emily is that she was a character that really didn't have much connections on canvas, sort of just there. I had dropped hints before in spoilers that a main character who really had nostoryline was going to die. But in fact, the death of Emily is what will give her her greatest storylines to come as there are a whole bunch of twists that involve mainly the Thurlow's and the Wilkinson's... Is there a serial killer on the loose?
More will be pressed upon Callum and his father in the future. Look for Stavros Lakhani to come to town and claim ownership of his son. As for Marina and Ryan, it was a long time coming...
Glad you liked the episode Dallas, thanks for reading!
