Another fast paced episode, Michael!
The Cassie/Audrey/Catalina stuff was intense. I sort of figured that no one was going to be injured since Patrick was shot in the last episode. I was hoping that more of Audrey's scheme was going to be exposed and Cassie would have put it all together. The scenes were really well done though. Kudos!
The Patrick scenes were not what I was expecting. I was thinking it would more of cop drama about who shot him and the fight of his life. It's interesting that we are getting to see his past with Shannon come to life though, because clearly the fued is starting to influence Charlie and how he even thinks of his wife. Obviously something has to give, so letting the audience in on Patrick's past is the perfect way to do so.
I'm loving the scenes with Marina and Ryan now. There's such a great dynamic, for a lot of different reasons. I love how Ryan is really toying with her and she has no idea. This will get very good, very fast!

I still have reservations on how I wrote the scene with the three girls and Clifton. I spent awhile trying to work it out and ended with this. Which gives Audrey and Clifton time to actually talk about what happened, so the drama is still added in the end. Look for Audrey and Catalina's stay in Stone Creek to come to an end.
Shannon is a Character I've had reservations introducing into the series. She has always been a main concept but was pushed to the side. Her presence in Patrick's life has proved to be strong to his character today so exploring that is a must, just to see why he ticks. Stay tuned as this storyline moves forward. Will Shannon eventually emerge in the series? I still am on the fence about it.
Ryan is toying with Marina, no doubt, and ever since his return to town he has a new sense of gravity. Mixing in with Patrick Sutton is a game changer on his part. Look for Marina to doubt her love for the love quadrangle between Natalie/Ryan/Marina/Ian to heat up over the summer.
That's so cool that you get to walk in the Parade. I'll be attending San Francisco's Pride this weekend, it'll be my first[: So I'm completely excited. Haha
