Hey! I love Christmas episodes. They usually don't have too much going on, but this one was the total opposite. I can't believe that Charlene drank herself until she passed out! I wonder what else may have happened that would have triggered it (I think Y&R is doing a great job with Nikki's drinking ... there's always something that triggers her to go back to the bottle ...). IT certainly makes for an interesting upcoming finale of the season! I love the connection between Dizzy, Mac and Taylor. At first, I wasn't sure about Dizzy living there but the friendship has grown on me. I also like the dynamics with Mac and Taylor. I feel like there's so much to be said there! Gill and Damien are so awesome. I love how they really are in their own world in the city because they are isolated from everyone else. It was cute that they have each other though. The new year should be very intersting for them with Damien now being the mayor. And what a way for Iris to come back on the show ... to have a connection to Lucy! I can't wait for this to unravel! Great Episode! Happy Holidays Mykeeee! I hope Santa is good to you - Dallas

Charlene and her alcohol abuse will be a major storyline for her in Season Three and we will be getting more into her psych as things progress. She is still on of the characters that I feel like we didn't get to know in Season Two. I do love how Y&R handles a lot of their storylines and I've always envied their continuity.
I wanted to show different friendships throughout the series as I've tried to focus the series on families and friendships. We have Marina & Cassie. Gail, Adrian & Dizzy. Greta, Bentley, Miles & Emily. Gideon, James and Diem. & now Dizzy, Mac and Taylor. I feel that friendships bring the series to life so I am really glad that you are liking the newest additions.
There is so much story for Gillian and Damien in Season Three and that is all that i can say. Look for Patrick to get involved in a big way as well. Okay, keeping my mouth shut now.
As for Iris and Lucy. Think back to Audrey and Catalina. They won't be like them at all. Since the first storyline was a blink and you miss it sort of thing. I wanted to bring Lucy to town much longer and now that there's not any secrets for the audience, things can only get better from here on out.
Thanks for reading Dallas, tomorrow I am putting up a double episode just because I missed last weeks episode. Things are going to get better as the Season Finale is litteraly ending with a bang! I hope you like it.
