Hey!
Another good episode. It was nice to see some kind of friction between Caitlyn and James in an episode ... but one that was also resolved pretty quickly with her decision to get the restraining order on Damien. Clearly the restraining order has to happen because Damien is a loose cannon. It will be interesting to see where this goes moving forward.
I loved the scenes with Helen in the episode. Her relationship with David is just so awful and she has her head in the sand if she thinks that the marriage will work because the two of them don't have problems. The way you interact with the people around you will effect your relationship with your spouse. Her oneliners with Dizzy were fantastic though.
I also liked the scenes with Cassie. Her and Mac are so freshing! For her to then point blank ask Clifton where they stand was nice too. Instead of potentially playing game she just called him out. I would have loved for him to be a little bit more taken a back by her words and feelings for Mac ... maybe he was covering?
Another fanastic read! Keep up the great work!

Through the series, the only thing that James and Caitlyn have had between them has always been Damien. But even then he has never affected them in this way. Caitlyn's pull towards Damien has always been there because of Danielle. James has always been understanding but this episode shows that there's a point where James just might snap. I can't wait until you see what is in store for them and how far Damien will actually go!
Helen is no doubt a stubborn person. But at the same time she has always be controversial in every conversation she has had. The relationship with her and David started off as an affair and up until now there hasn't been any sort of shift in where they stood. Although I can't tell you if they will resolve anything this season, Season Three is definitely where a lot of their story will take place and ultimately they will need to make a choice in their marriage.
As for Dizzy, I figured nobody could stay at the Schmidt house without being fed to Helen at least once[;
As for Cassie and Mac. Cassie has always been the voice of reason for Marina, where as Marina has always put herself first. It would make sense for Cassie to put everyone else ahead of her. Going to Clifton and throwing everything out there was proof of that. Wanting to make sure that everything was secure between herself and Clifton had always been a must since they've been raising a son together. I've always wanted to show the dynamics of their relationship because neither of them knew each other before they had Lucian so they never had the ability to get to know each other and how the other reacts to things. Just wait, something in the future will cause friction for all three of them and it will only lead to a bigger Season Finale!
Thanks for reading Dallas!
