The conclusion to the Adrian Stone and Gail Schmidt confrontation get's awkward and Someone's secret is revealed, which tears two people apart. Hey Michael!
Another great read ... the episode was filled with high drama it seems. The big story seemed to be surrounding Damien and his engagement to Gillian. I know how/why Caitlyn would be worried about his presence, but I felt lost as to why Patrick was so opposed to Damien being in Gillian's life -- perhaps I missed something in a previous episode. Other than being married to Caitlyn, what has Damien done in the past that everyone views him as a monster?
I loved the conversation with Gail and Adian as well. It was, actually, my favorite part of the episode. Each side was so raw with emotion, it was awesome to read and get that feeling that they love each other, but they were scared and made stupid mistakes. Gail seemed tortured having to relive her miscarriage; no one should have to go through that alone - it's no wonder she came home to find some comfort. It'll be interesting to see what Gail does now as she knows that Helen and Mac went to get Adian, and where they as a couple go from here.
I knew that Damien was going reveal that Danielle was alive! Awesome twist none the less!
I loved the episode Michael -- keep up the great work,
d

Nobody knows who Damien Crenshaw is besides Caitlyn Thurlow since she was once married to him. There will be glimpses into their past as the two interact more that will shed light on who they were together. But the fact that Caitlyn doesn't like him makes everyone else weary of the man. Especially since Caitlyn is now a pillar resident in Stone Creek. The reason why Patrick is opposed to the engagement is because 1) he had no idea his daughter was coming back home in the first place! To see that she is engaged to an older man that Patrick Sutton doesn't know is an outrage to him. Gillian is supposed to marry rich and higher in society. Just like her brother Charlie was supposed to do. 2) Damien Crenshaw is connected to Caitlyn Thurlow who bears the Thurlow last name. Not only has Charlie latched onto a Thurlow spawn, it seems Gillian has tightened the ties to the Thurlow family as well. Patrick despises the Thurlows and that will unravel later on this year.
As of now the only thing Damien has done to be mad a monster is hide Danielle from Caitlyn and become engaged to Gillian. Damien is a character that I have fallen in love with, I want to keep him around. But it all depends on his actions in the next couple of episodes that determines his fate.
AS for Gail and Adrian, their storyline has only began now that Adrian is in town. The interesting thing about this couple is that their bond is the fact that they are both outsiders/rebels and the interesting thing is it seems they have become outsiders of their own little world they created, ironically. Gail is the keeper of the Helen and Mac secret, whether she tells her father or not is the question. Right now Gail is hurting and her emotions are wild, we will see what happens to this storyline as it gets it's start.
The Danielle twist is something I had been thinking about for a long time and for awhile I wasn't sure if I wanted to go through with it. It wasn't until last episode that I decided it had to be thrown in because it only burns the bridge between Damien and Caitlyn even more. It'll be interesting to see where the Danielle storyline takes these two and which characters are enthrailed into it.
Thanks for reading Dallas!
